Contexte

A young brand looking to diversify its distribution and build consumer proximity

Evvo is a young French brand specializing in snowshoes, linked to its parent company, Martin Plastiques Innovation (MPI). Until 2022, Evvo operated under a traditional B2B model, relying on web resellers and partner stores.

Having received very positive feedback from direct interactions with end consumers, the brand decided in 2023 to diversify its sales channels by entering marketplaces, especially Amazon via the Seller model.

Olivier serves as Innovation Manager. He oversees the brand’s development both technically (R&D and production) and commercially (sales, marketing, and communication).

As part of their Amazon Seller launch, Evvo called on Sellingz to support them through the project.

Starting from scratch on marketplaces 

Evvo had no previous presence on marketplaces. They weren’t on Amazon, either directly or through resellers, and lacked internal knowledge on the subject—their team was mostly focused on industrialization and B2B.

Evvo, having received strong feedback during product test events, also wanted to build closer relationships with consumers. 

In September, they enlisted Sellingz to fully manage their Amazon launch and account, with a clear objective: be ready for the winter season and start selling by November.

  • Complete product listings: SEO-optimized titles, distinctive bullet points, product and usage visuals, customer benefit–oriented copy.

Fast results despite a tough market 

Evvo saw benefits as early as the first season: 

  • Successful launch within two months, on schedule. 
  • First sales during the winter season, with hundreds of pairs sold in the first year. 
  • Marketplace revenue grew by triple digits in year two, despite a challenging market (lack of snow, declining competition).
